Reserving Equipment
Reservations are strongly recommended in order to guarantee availability on the day of your event. Deposit holds your reservation, with major changes or cancellations accepted up to 48 hours to the day of your reservation (excluding tents or special-order items). Reservation of a tent or canopy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Certain special-order items may also require a non-refundable payment which will be specified when reserved.
In all cases, payment in full is due on the day of pick-up (or in the case of deliveries, before the delivery).
Also available for a modest fee is a damage waiver, which covers incidental damage to rental items. This waiver does not cover missing items however, so please return any broken items for credit.
